Dundas Shopping Centre

Former office space above Middlesbrough’s Dundas Shopping Centre is the new home for a popular Escape Room.

Project Escape has taken a lease on 2,500 sq ft of office space on the top floor of 5 Linthorpe Mews, Middlesbrough, above Dundas Shopping Centre.  The one-year old business, established by former students of Teesside University, has moved from the town’s Victoria Road.  The new space will allow the popular business to expand and offer more experiences.

Letting agent, Richard Wilson, Associate Partner at Dodds Brown, says: “We are delighted to welcome Project Escape to Dundas Shopping Centre.  They will make inventive use of this space to offer a better Escape Room experience.

“More and more people are looking for experiences, as well as shopping, when they visit town centres, so it is important for centres to diversify away from a pure retail offering.

“There is more similar space still available above Dundas Shopping Centre for organisations looking for flexible, value-for-money town centre accommodation, for a variety of uses.

Further information about Project Escape is available from www.project-escape.co.uk  Further information about space to let at the Dundas Shopping Centre is available from Richard Wilson on tel. 01642 244130, or by email r.wilson@doddsbrown.co.uk or via the firm’s website – www.doddsbrown.co.uk
